                                                   This is what I do in my program:

           I am responsible for the instruction and administration of activities for all of my private students. This includes the instructions after school, at home, public library tutorials on Sundays.

In the first class I like to inspire students to develop self-esteem and to encourage personal success. I am in charge of motivating them to learn. I stress the importance of being bilingual in the United States. I keep the discipline in the classroom or at home, which is conducive to learning and is stimulating and safe. I also give an example of good housekeeping and encourage them to follow this example.

          Administering and monitoring weekly tests to determine the level of performance of my students and keeping the results as a record. I use them, among other things, to inform the parents about the progress achieved by the student. I assign lessons and proofreading tasks in a timely manner. I communicate with parents and schedule regular meetings, before or after school. I use these meetings to discuss the progress or the academic problems of students. I also participate in professional meetings, educational conferences, training and workshops for teachers.

          I congratulate and encourage the students continuously and carefully prepare my classes to promote success in the evaluation tests.

Esto es lo que hago en mi programa:

             Soy responsable de la instrucción y administración de actividades para todos mis alumnos privados. En esto incluyo las instrucciones después de la escuela,  en el hogar, biblioteca pública y tutoriales los días domingos.

             En la primera clase me gusta inspirar a los estudiantes a desarrollar su autoestima y a fomentar el éxito personal. Me encargo de motivarlos al aprendizaje, recalcándoles la importancia que tiene el ser bilingüe en los Estados Unidos. Mantengo la disciplina en el aula o en casa, lo que resulta propicio para el aprendizaje, estimulante y seguro. También pongo un ejemplo de buena limpieza y  los animo a seguir este ejemplo.

             Administro y monitoreo pruebas semanales para determinar el nivel de rendimiento de mis estudiantes y mantengo los resultados como registro. Los mismos los uso, entre otras cosas, para informar a los padres acerca del progreso obtenido por el alumno. Asigno las lecciones y  corrijo las tareas de manera oportuna. Acostumbro a comunicarme con los padres y a programar reuniones periódicas, antes o después de la escuela. Estas reuniones las aprovecho para discutir el progreso  o los problemas académicos del estudiante. Participo además en reuniones profesionales, conferencias educativas y talleres de formación para profesores.

             Felicito y aliento a los estudiantes continuamente y preparo  con cuidado  mis clases  para promover el éxito en los exámenes de evaluación.
